Make a cozy reading nook
Have a little nook with a comfortable chair—maybe a reclining one—and put a really soft blanket over there. Add a side table, with a lamp that puts out warm light. Put your favorite, most comforting books on that table. You can always go sit there and reconnect with who you are.
