Earlier this year the singer showed off the results of her continuous weight-loss efforts. It hasn’t been easy, but Kelly said she was glad to not have given up.
“There have been ups and downs. Rises and falls. Gains and Losses but the key is to never stop and to never give up!” she wrote on Instagram. “Slow and steady progress beats laying down and throwing in the towel any day!”
