There was speculation early on that Savannah and LeBron were expecting again in early 2014 after she’d been spotted at a NBA All Star formal affair with what looked like a bump. The couple didn’t confirm anything, but months later, she did indeed have a baby shower and quietly deliver baby girl Savannah in October.
