Street Fighter Multi-Player & Jose Cuervo: 10 Things Your Man Would Like You To Try With Him
Men can be vocal about what they want from their significant others, sometimes expecting them to anticipate their needs or indulge their desires. Yet, they don’t always express what they would like to do with their partners. So, here’s a list of things that your man might like to do with you, in regards to entertainment, sex, and hobbies, that you might not have thought of.
Skin Ink

When love seems eternal, some men like to signify that by having the both of you mark one another with a token of affection, like an image or name written on the other person’s body. The latter idea is kind of a terrible idea, so even if your man doesn’t want you to tattoo his lips on your hips, or put his initials on your body, a lot of men simply enjoy getting tattoos with their significant other and hitting up the tattoo parlor together for a quick thrill.

No Father Of The Year Award: Judge Rips Allen Iverson In Divorce Judgment
After years of breaking up to make up followed by a very ugly separation, Allen and Tawanna Iverson are officially no longer a union.
An Atlanta judge, according to TMZ, recently signed off on the divorce papers for the former couple who were married for 12 years. They share five children and as this was family court, the judge was very open about his feelings for AI in the divorce decree. His comments included:
“[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development.
For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired.
He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother.”
The judge awarded Tawanna Iverson full legal and physical custody of the children who range from ages 4 to 17. He is particularly concerned for their well being as it pertains to AI’s drinking so although he has some visitation rights, they are contingent upon him following certain rules. For example, until all of his children become legal, he must not consume any alcohol within 24 hours of the time he has the children.
Taking that a step further, the judge has ordered that Iverson not consume any alcohol, period, over the next 18 months. He has also been ordered to attend AA meetings for a year.
What an unfortunate situation. Iverson’s drinking and alleged gambling problems have been the source of many random news stories over the past few years. His NBA legacy has often been tarnished by his attitude and off the court problems.
He recently turned down an offer from the Texas Legends, a D league team, saying that is not the route for him and he’s always wanted to complete his basketball legacy in the NBA.
Hopefully, he’ll take his parental legacy more seriously and establish a more solid and positive relationship with his children.
Blame It On The Alcohol: Naomi Campbell Says She Isn’t To Blame For Her ‘Old Self’
One thing we know for sure, or hope to be true: It’s never too late to learn a lesson. In this case, Miss “Queen of the Runway” has come to realize that liquor has been the root of almost all of her problems.
Well, that’s what she wants us to believe. Naomi Campbell told Life & Style magazine that she’s convinced that alcohol is the reason she’s been so miserable for so long and has acted out, according to SF Gate. In the interview, she says:
“If people think they know me, they can think again. Most people think they know me because they say, ‘We’ve seen your pictures here and there for years,’ but when I’m not working or anything, I try to live a private, quiet life…
“I gave up drinking alcohol. Not drinking makes me a lot happier.”
Now, if any of you have had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with someone who suffers from alcohol abuse, then you know that it does make you do things you may not ordinarily do if your head was a bit clearer. Campbell, however, isn’t admitting to any alcohol abuse – she’s just saying that she stopped because it wasn’t helping her at all.
I wonder if any of the people who were victims of her tirades, 10 documented cases between 1998 and 2008, can find it in their hearts to forgive her for her actions since the blame should be placed on “the Goose” or “the Henny.” Let’s be honest: she settled most of those cases out of court so all was probably “forgiven” when the checks cleared.
These days, Naomi is spending her days traveling the world. Her billionaire boyfriend, Vladisdav Doronin, has bought her multiple homes around the world and they’re often photographed aboard his yacht.
Ah yes, life must be good.
Before You Get Serious With That Brother, Make Sure You Know Who He Is After He’s Had A Couple Of Drinks

Although you may not be privy to everything about a man you’re dating before you fall in love, one thing you need to be sure of before you get ‘in too deep’ is his relationship with alcohol. Yup, make sure you know how he acts on a night out at the bar and after a couple of drinks. Besides observing his behavior on dates, how he interacts with friends, how he treats you, how often he calls his mama, you also need to know how he handles his liquor…because it may not be pretty.
I learned that early on in the dating game. On the first date with a guy I was crushing on in college, I got to see just how vulnerable he was when it came to alcohol. He couldn’t stop ordering rounds and I ended up having to be the one to take the wheel at the end of the night. It was a sorry sight to see his red shot eyes, being so oblivious to his own state. You see, he was/is one of those guys in complete denial about their drinking. He didn’t seem to think anything wrong happened on that date. He really had no idea that he had a drinking problem. I saw him many nights after that, because of mutual friends, acting in the same unattractive way, complete with red eyes and a disoriented nature. I’m a fan of manly men and a man who can’t handle his liquor is definitely not manly in my eyes.
I often feel sorry for the women that swoon over my seemingly together, handsome cousin. He’s a Monet for sure. On the surface, he’s handsome, outgoing and holds down a good job, but anyone who has crossed paths with him on a Saturday night out knows that he’s not a great catch at all. It’s sad really. He’s one of those aggressive drunks. He always drinks too much at each and every event. And his drinking manifests itself in the form of anger. I really can’t say whether or not his aggression is related to deep-seated pain but what I do know is that alcohol brings out the worst in him.
We all know that some people are happy drunks, some people are sad drunks, some people are touchy-feely drunks, and some people are angry drunks. Me, I want the guy who doesn’t fall into any of these categories; I need someone who controls his drinking to the point where he rarely gets drunk. Obviously, one’s relationship to alcohol can indicate a lot about his level of self-control. And if you’re dating to vet whether someone will make a good life partner and head of household, control is key.
Have you ever been turned off by a guy after you’ve seen him under the influence?

Kim Kardashian

More Tragic NFL News: Cowboys Player Killed and Teammate Charged With Manslaughter
For the second week in a row, the NFL is dealing with the loss of a player. Unfortunately, the death comes at the hands of one of their own.
Dallas Cowboys defensive linesman Josh Brent was charged with intoxication manslaughter on Saturday morning after he flipped his car in an accident that killed his teammate, Jerry Brown.
According to Irving police spokesperson John Argumaniz, Brent was speeding when his Mercedes hit the curb and flipped over at least once. There were multiple 911 calls made with callers saying they could see a car on the road upside down. The road they were on has a 45mph speed limit and Argumaniz said that while Brent’s exact speed was unknown, investigators are almost certain he was driving considerably faster than that. When officers arrived on the scene, Brent was pulling Brown from the car which had caught fire. Police were able to quickly extinguish it.
They suspected Brent had been drinking and gave him a field sobriety test. He was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated but when Brown was pronounced dead, the charge was upgraded to intoxication manslaughter.
Police also say Brent was completely distraught, as he and Brown were not only Cowboys teammates, but friends who played football together years before at the University of Illinois. He released the following statement through his agent:
”I am devastated and filled with grief. Filled with grief for the loss of my close friend and teammate, Jerry Brown. I am also grief-stricken for his family, friends and all who were blessed enough to have known him.
”I will live with this horrific and tragic loss every day for the rest of my life. My prayers are with his family, our teammates and his friends at this time.”
While Brown was a practice squad player and did not travel with the team, Brent was to be on a team flight to Cincinnati later that day. Cowboys’ coach Jason Garrett informed the rest of the team of the traged on that same flight and Cowboys spokesman Rich Dalrymple described the flight as “quiet, more than normal.”
Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones released the following statement:
”We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown. At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him.”
The NFL Players Association offers a safe-ride program to all players, the phone number of which is provided to each player on his union card. The service is available anywhere in the United States or Canada, with an hourly fee of $85 paid by the player. However, many players still do not use the number as an option and DUI/DWI incidents continue to happen.
Understandably, there has yet to be any word from either family. Our prayers go out to both families in the wake of this tragedy.
Somebody Left Rehab Too Soon: Bobby Brown Arrested For Another DUI
Just last month Bobby Brown was bragging about being 22 days sober while simultaneously denying that he checked out of rehab early. Now with news that the New Edition singer has been arrested for yet another DUI, that point seems null and void. According to TMZ:
Law enforcement sources tell us, Brown was pulled over around 1AM when police observed the singer driving erratically on an L.A. street.
According to law enforcement sources, officers approached Brown’s vehicle and detected a strong odor of alcohol — at which point they asked Brown to get out of his car.
We’re told Brown performed a field sobriety test, but didn’t do very well — so he was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He’s currently being booked.
Though it’s much easier to get a DUI than some would think (just hit up a happy hour for one drink, drive home, and see what happens if you get pulled over) but the trouble here is this isn’t Bobby’s first time being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence — this year. Almost 7 months ago to the date, Bobby was arrested for a DUI in Reseda, CA after blowing between a 0.08 and 0.12 when pulled over.
A judge may give you a harsh slap on the wrist the first time you mess up but two DUIs in one year, plus a history of drug and alcohol abuse and rehab? New Edition might have to rework their material again because I don’t see Bobby being available for tour anytime soon. He needs to check into rehab for one of their lengthier stays.
Study: Blacks Are More Exposed to Alcohol Advertising
Booze and binge drinking — it’s the stuff hip hop videos are made of, along with a disproportionate number of advertisements African-American youth are exposed to, a new study shows.
Researchers from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health are shedding new light on a longstanding concern that alcohol marketers are honing in (and cashing in) on African-American youth and that this population is more exposed to the pervasive messages than any other group.

Promoting Risky Behavior: Black Youth More Exposed to Alcohol Advertising
It has long been a complaint that there are more liquor stores and alcohol advertising in black neighborhoods. One of the main concerns is the effect this has on children who see these ads. But the exposure isn’t just scattered across communities; it goes directly to them through the media as well. A new study by the Center on Alcohol Marketing and Youth at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health found that African-American youth are exposed to more alcohol advertisement. The special report, Exposure of African-American Youth to Alcohol Advertising, 2008 and 2009, contained some sobering stats.
Black youth from the ages of 12 through 20 see more advertisements for alcohol in magazines and on radio and TV compared with all youth in that age group. And get this: the ads are mostly in media targeting black readers. Dr. David Jernigan of John Hopkins, who was a researcher for the study, was recently interviewed on the Tom Joyner morning show. He said that publications like Essence, Vibe, Black Enterprise, and other popular black outlets are filled with alcohol advertisements. The study also pointed to alcohol references in rap music. “A recent content analysis of the most popular rap songs from 1998 to 2009 found that from 2002 to 2005, 64 percent of the songs contained alcohol references,” states the report.
Despite this bombardment of advertising, black youths consume the least amount alcohol of all other races. But still the numbers of African-American adolescents drinking are surprisingly high. In fact, alcohol is the most widely used drug among African-American youth.
The study found that “among African-American high school students nearly 65 percent report having had at least a sip of alcohol and an estimated 25 percent report drinking alcohol for the first time before age 13.3.” And, according to the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, about one in three African American high school students are current drinkers, and about 40 percent of those who drink report binge drinking, defined as drinking five drinks or more in a row.
