Speaking of feeling out of control, you’ll feel far more in control of your life after you’ve spent some time in therapy. Do you ever feel like you do or say something you regret, and you don’t know where that came from? At the time, you could not stop the behavior from coming out, but later, in retrospect, you think, “That wasn’t me.” That was you—just parts of you that you have yet to acknowledge.
