Mere minutes after Madonna’s show-closing tribute to the late Prince during the Billboard Music Awards, the network teased their upcoming BET Awards Prince tribute and released the following statement via Twitter: “Yeah, we saw that. Don’t worry. We Got You.” BET’s tweet has since been deleted.
