Make a fake call and promise an ETA
If you feel like somebody is following you, make a fake phone call which you announce your exact location and tell the other person you’ll see them in 15 minutes. This tells the attacker that somebody is waiting for you, knows where you are, and will call the cops if you don’t come home.
