  • Balloons
  • Yarn
  • Liquid starch’
  • Disposable baking dish

Directions:
1. Blow up balloon to desired size.
2. Wrap balloons with yarn.
3. Pour liquid starch into pan and roll yarn-wrapped balloon in starch. Place balloon on top of plastic cup to dry overnight.
4. When starch is completely dry, pop the balloon.
