Amanda Bynes has been in a downward spiral for the past year or so and after having the paparazzi follow her every move in L.A., she made her way to New York City last summer. The former child star started making headlines in the Big Apple for her bizarre behavior. Last fall she was arrested after tossing her bong out of the window of her high-rise apartment. The police were called to her apartment after she was seen rolling and smoking a joint in the lobby. Needless to say she was evicted from the midtown pad.
