Rochon continued acting in popular Black films after her biggest role in “Waiting to Exhale.” But in recent years, she hasn’t been around much — mainly doing guest appearances on TV. She can simply use “Hollywood Divas” to re-expose herself and maybe even detail trying to get a sequel to “Waiting to Exhale” off the ground. It could help her, after all.
