Nicole Richie was just going for a drive when the police pulled her over for driving on the wrong side of the Los Angeles freeway. The reality show star admitted that she was driving with high on Vicodin and marijuana but she had an excuse that many women could relate to. Richie had a bad case of menstrual cramps and needed the drugs to ease the pain.
