“I Don’t Think You Have a Soul”
During a 2011 trip to the Kremlin, Biden claims that he looked Vladimir Putin dead in his eyes and said “I don’t think you have a soul.” Evan Osos, a writer for The New Yorker, asked, “You said that?” Biden said, “Absolutely, positively.” He adds that Putin smiled after he made the comment.
