Biden, under his breath, utters, “This is a big f**king deal,” right before Obama took the stage during the controversial health care signing ceremony in 2010. It’s not exactly the kind of language you’d expect coming out of a U.S. politician, but then again, Biden’s not your typical Vice President, is he?
