Defending Romney’s tax cut plan as plausible during the VP debate, Paul Ryan said “Jack Kennedy lowered tax rates and increased growth…” But Biden did not allow Ryan to complete his statement and comically interjected, “Oh, now you’re Jack Kennedy?” According to many, Biden won the debate.
