Last fall the long-lived scandal involving legendary Hot 97 DJ Mister Cee came to a head. After repeatedly being picked up by police for soliciting male prostitutes, the radio personality resigned from his post at the iconic New York radio station. The station’s programming director Ebro Darden, however, refused to accept his resignation and Cee eventually returned to his job. Now he’s opening up about the scandal and his interest in transgender women.

“Absolutely not,” Cee told GQ magazine when it came to questions about whether or not he’s gay.

He did, however, admit that he enjoys receiving sexual favors from transgender women.

“And it’s nothing — it’s no offense to transgender women, but I only get with transgender women for one thing and one thing only, and that’s for oral sex,” he said. “Like I said: I never had sex with a man. I never had sex with a transgender woman.”

He also admits that he’s been single since footage of him soliciting sex from a man in drag leaked on the web last fall.

“At this point in my life, I can’t even begin to try to be in a serious relationship with a woman,” Cee told GQ. “That’s the point that I’m at now: What do I want? Where am I at? Now that it’s out in the open — everybody knows, I know — where am I going from here?”

As for his addiction to “instant gratification” (in other words: prostitutes), Cee says he had to put an end to it or he’ll be facing jail time.

“If I get arrested right now for that same type of activity, I’m doing 60 days in jail, hands down, done,” he confessed.

“The best way I can explain it is that I was so knee-deep into doing it that it became a part of me,” he went on to say of his interest in the sex-for-cash exchange, which he says began as early as 2000 after his girlfriend broke his heart. “You know, one plus one equals two. You get horny, go out, go get your sh** off. It became a part of my routine,” he said. “Even though I was fearful, there was a part of me that felt invincible, too.”
