As with any activity you get what you put into it and physical instructors are no different. Ranging in profession from a physical education teacher to those personal trainers we love to hate, their calories burned an hour can range anywhere from 200 to 400 and upwards. It all depends on how involved they get in the activity they instruct. We’ve always admired those spin instructors who pedal along with the class.
