America and the world watched Michael Jackson grow up from an adorable, afro-wearing, chubby-cheeked brown-faced boy into a slim, gaunt, pale man. For years, the icon denied having any surgery but as his appearance kept changing, the “Billy Jean” singer was forced to come clean on some the work he was having done. Jackson blamed his lightening appearance on a rare skin condition but most folks weren’t buying that. It wasn’t until after his death in 2009, that his mother Katherine revealed that her son was addicted to plastic surgery.
