In June 2012, it was reported that Usher was being stalked by a woman named Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, who believed that she was married to Usher and would often make random appearances at his home in Georgia. Even after having the cops called on her, she still returned to his residence. Usher was granted a temporary restraining order that eventually upgraded to a permanent one. Darshelle lashed back, posting a YouTube video stating that Usher had been sending her money for years and promising her all sorts of goodies, including a new home.
