When she appeared at the People Choice Awards, Kelly Osbourne not only wowed everyone with her slimmed down figure, she was also sporting a full head of grey locks. She kept up with her grey-toned hair, sporting an even lighter shade at the Golden Globes. While her mom didn’t exactly approve of her hair color, Kelly has kept the shade up consistently.
