He’s comfortable with himself
Realistically most of us are still figuring out who we are into our thirties, and not only is it a roller coaster to date a guy who doesn’t know who he is yet, it’s also not very attractive. But an older man is secure in who he is. He isn’t trying all sorts of styles/friends/haircuts/hobbies/drugs/careers in search of his identity. He’s fully developed, and that’s so calming to be around.
