Isaiah Washington and T.R. Knight on Grey’s Anatomy
Isaiah Washington was canned for his lude and insensitive homophobic remarks to openly gay costar T.R. Knight. He reportedly called him a “f*ggot” when the two were arguing. It was also reported that he and actor Patrick Dempsey were near fisticuffs over a production disagreement on the set of Grey’s Anatomy. In turn, he was called by writer Shonda Rhimes, who told him he wouldn’t be needed for Season 4.
