Let go of the past. All of us have had to endure some pain, hurtful words and other harmful acts directed against us.  For some individuals, forgiveness is relatively easy.  However, for most people, the past and unforgiveness lingers on in our minds on a perpetual basis, which prevents us from developing a positive thinking pattern and expecting the best in life.  There is nothing you can do about the past- it’s gone.  The past should really be like bubbles in the glass.  One has to develop the type of thinking that today is a new day, and tomorrow will be filled with new and great things.
