Butterfly Dreamz is inspiring the next generation of Black female leaders through a variety of creativity-based and mentorship programs. Their Cocoon Club pairs Black girls with intern opportunities where they can earn real-world career experience and develop their skills all while enjoying a nurturing relationship with a mentor. Meanwhile, their Young Adult Books program helps members write and self-publish books and explore their creative side.
