If you have an interest in dating a friend’s ex, reach out first
Not every woman is going to get bent out of shape about you dating her ex — especially if the relationship was meaningless and she’s moved on. You’re grown and you can definitely do what you want, but the courteous thing to do would be to reach out to her and express that you’re interested in one of her former flings.
