Going to extremes for vanity
I know my mom has already had a little bit of work done, and I don’t think she would have if she were not divorced. When you literally grow old with someone, you always look young to them. But when you get a divorce in your 50s, you don’t get that luxury. I don’t want her going under the knife. I don’t even want her thinking she needs to.
