Jason Wu is best known for designing dresses for Michelle Obama. Both of the ensembles she wore for the inauguration of President Barack Obama and it led to increasing popularity for Wu and his dresses ending up in the Smithsonian for an exhibit on The First Ladies’ Dresses. Wu partnered with Eloquii for a plus-size holiday collection of ready to wear clothing with couture aesthetics, something he’s known for in addition to his tailored and classic looks. The designer is back again with his muse Paloma Elsesser for a Spring collection that will have you werk, er, I mean work ready! Wu stated, “I was so happy to work with Eloquii again on a spring capsule collection that is beautifully feminine and refined.” The pieces are beautiful with details that make you want to spend the extra money for quality clothing. It’s on trend with pantsuits for power women and jewel tones that look great against all skin tones.
