You might remember him as the extra annoying character of “Juju” from the recent Superfly remake, but actor/rapper Kaalan “KR” Walker is facing some real life legal trouble and is being accused of using his celebrity to lure and sexually assault women.

Variety reports Walker was charged with nine felony assaults on Tuesday after an arrest that happened last month on accusations of sexual assaults that date back to 2016.

According to a new release from the Los Angeles Police Department, the series of assaults all took place in Los Angeles and the incidents involve Walker contacting aspiring models on-line with the promise of professional work. However, once they met with the actor in person they claimed they were sexually assaulted. The total women Walker targeted at the time is unknown.

Walker has been charged with nine separate counts of felony sexual assault. His charges include five counts of forcible rape, three counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, and one count of forcible oral copulation. He is currently in custody, being held on $1,080,000 bail. His next court date scheduled for November 14.

Th 23-year-old made his film debut in the 2017 film Kings starring alongside Halle Berry and Daniel Craig. He also appeared in the television series In Contempt the same year. The actor also raps under the stage name KR, and released his latest EP, titled “The Intermission” in 2017.
