“I had to come to the understanding that there was a power,” she said. “That God had been looking out for us, you and me both, through all of that. And I just had to let go and surrender so I could receive what he was trying to give to me, through other people.”
She’s been clean for many years now, and after so much time of doing harm to her body, she’s prioritized her vessel big time. Norris works out consistently, and has become a major fitness inspiration for women of all ages.
Whether she’s rollerskating for fun, lifting weights in the gym, or just showing off the results of all of that discipline, she looks fantastic. Check out the newly-minted 65-year-old reminding us that when you work this hard and look this good, Black simply can’t crack.
