How Meditating Daily Can Improve Your Relationship

We really feel the love

When you meditate, you can feel that warm, hugging light I mentioned in the intro. When you’re in a great relationship, you realize that that feeling is the same feeling you get from your partner. Getting it from meditation, and then from your partner, is a very uplifting, intense but positive experience. We can really feel our love for each other—almost touch it—after meditation.
