The sistahs were out and in full force on the runway at last night’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion show in Shanghai, China. They were a diverse bunch, with ladies rocking full afros, TWA, curls, weaves, bald heads and whatever other hairstyles your mind can conjure up. It was a sight to see. And while their looks may have been varied, what the women all had in common were two things: they sure knew how to strut, and their bodies were quite fit. Legs long and toned, abs tight and arms lean, they didn’t come to play. But before you assume I’m saying you need to look like a Victoria’s Secret supermodel, I’m not. What I am saying is that the months spent training intensely, which VS Fashion Show models are known for, paid off greatly. All of the models looked beautiful, but you know we had our eyes on the Black women doing their thing. Check them out in their most fit and fabulous moments at last night’s show, and be sure to tune in when it airs on CBS on November 28th at 10/9C.
