(Examiner.com) — The first person of African descent to become president of the United States, on Monday May 10, 2010 nominated Elena Kagan, the first woman to be the Solicitor General of the United States. The nominee is also the first dean of Harvard University Law School as well as the first woman to serve alongside two other women simultaneously on the US Supreme Court. This is a good thing!
