Actions You Should Not Take on Facebook If You’re Over 25

Trifling. Trifling. And more trifling. That’s how to describe some of these grown-behind adults on Facebook who don’t know how to control their emotions–or act their age in a social media setting. It does NOT matter one lick if you access Facebook in your drawers or behind closed doors, you STILL need to maintain your decorum and curb the foolishness if you’re going to interact with your peers (and other normal human beings) in the same space. Now, if you only have psycho friends, then read no further. Maybe you all can enjoy your “psycho-Facebook and psycho-Twitter” interactions together. But, if you want to have some sense about yourself, here are a few actions you should NOT take on Facebook if you’re over the age of 25.

    i dont agree w/ correct spelling/punctuation. sry but i spend too much time on fbook already & dont need the extra hassle of worrying about spelling when i’m just updating a few friends on fun things going on. but i do agree about not posting incriminating photos of other people. i think that shows u for a moron.

    Seriously, I wish Facebook was just for college students again. That may be why there wasn’t all this hoopla going on. We were all in school doing something with ourselves. Nowadays, they let everyone on FB and it has truly degraded the quality of the site and networking.

    It's funny to see how many folks got in their feelings about this list! It's really not that serious, people! If you want to make an @ss of yourself on Facebook, then by all means, go right on ahead. Just know that you're being silently judged, and in some cases, laughed at. That said, if you're cool with it, go ahead and continue to put all of your business in cyberspace while tYpiNG LyeK ThIs. :-)

    Hey whatever you want to put on facebook is your bussiness along with the 500 qnd something friends you have and Lord knows how many other people if your page not private. I just wanna know why do people pray on facebook, I thought prayers are your private thoughs between you and the good Lord. As much as I love Jesus I can’t see myself praying online in a status.

    I agree with all of them except for it's complicated. That one should be used for people over 25. No one knows complicated relationships like people over 25. For example if you're separated for years and still married should you put married or even single?? Complicated warns people that you got baggage and isn't that a good a thing.

    @ Eye-roni The writer clearly wrote the incorrect sentence “You never know who may be looking to hire — and it ain’t gonna be someone who can’t spell for nothing.” to make a point, not because she was unaware of her grammatical errors.

    @Ronda—Girl I COMPLETELY agree with the bathroom picts. OMG that is so GHETTO and after Eddie Long’s presentation, the bathroom picts should be banned.

    I actually liked facebook when it first came out. I actually stopped going on there because of the majority of the reasons that were mentioned. Too much drama.

    I am guilty of some of these unfortunately and I am 31. The beef thing however. I totally agree. I did end up in one that was my fault but not exactly lol! I posted something on my page about somebodys silly girlfriend but didn't name names. I was generally speaking but the idea was from that situation. Ofcorse my friend decided to comment and call out the girl which lead to a little back and fourth mess. It didn't get that far though I just deleted her and left it at that but, I don't get the whole internet bully thing. Really?? Your threatening me over the internet?? lol!
