You might not know the name, but if you’ve found yourself indoors on a Saturday afternoon tuned into USA, you know the face from “Law & Order: SVU” marathons. Christopher Meloni played Elliot Stabler, a very angry, take charge, protect-my-family-and-my-friends-by-any-means-necessary kind of guy, and that’s probably what makes him some kind of wonderful to me (and a few of my co-workers). I’m sad he left the show, and even more sad that he’s already out on “True Blood” too, but we’ll always have rainy Saturday SVU marathons, boo!
