What was the point of any of it? And what is the point of this show after more than a decade if lack of resolve, accountability and substance was all that came out of Season 9? That's something that really needs to be considered as they determine whether or not there will be a Season 10.

While I can appreciate Jackie Christie wanting to be a "bridge" for the ladies to fix their issues on Basketball Wives, if we're going to talk about what's "right and wrong" as she says, it seems she wants to make things right for the wrong reasons.

While we didn't expect Season 9 of Basketball Wives to be lengthy like past seasons that had 17 and 18 episodes, we didn't expect it to be so short and to go without a reunion. What's the point?

I can't say what OG wants (aside from apologies) and I still agree with the unfairness of her experiences last season. Still, I personally have no interest in watching a season full of people debating colorism as opposed to actually having the fruitful conversations necessary to keep it from happening again.

Former Basketball Wives cast members are rallying behind current star Ogom "OG" Chijindu after the most recent episode of the VH1 series.

I've noticed the ways in which tears alter the way the ladies of Basketball Wives hear and see Ogom "OG" Chijindu in comparison to Evelyn Lozada.

Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada are friendly again. That's the only reason for Jenn's recent antics, which involve her taking shots at former ally and Basketball Wives co-star Ogom "OG" Chijindu.

According to Evelyn Lozada, OG calling her a colorist and racist caused her to lose endorsement deals. OG says Evelyn needs to look within at her own behavior--including that strange p*$$y pat--to discover why people no longer wish to work with her.

Hopefully Evelyn can get a better understanding from OG about how she got a racist and colorist impression of her, along with many Black women viewers. I think that's what she's missing. OG didn't push others to look at Evelyn as those things. Instead, it was her own comments that created that conversation online.

People want to know if they will see an acknowledgment of the colorism many of the cast were accused of perpetuating towards OG. From the sounds of Shaunie O'Neal's response, OG will be on her own with that.

If you've wondered why OG would return to Basketball Wives for Season 9 after the way she was treated in Season 8, she briefly offered some insight on her Instagram page recently.

Could Ogom "OG" Chijindu have remained on Basketball Wives if not for the large number of people who called out the cast's treatment of her? Probably not, and she knows it.
