Santa Monica jury found Bill Cosby guilty of sexually assaulting Judy Huth as a minor in the mid-70s.
Huth is suing the celeb for sexual battery.
A rep for Cosby revealed that the tour was put on hold because of a burgeoning civil lawsuit set forth by one of the comedian's alleged victims, Judy Huth.
