There are some foods that are not only healthy, but can also be used to make many things, and almost never go bad – or at least probably won’t before you eat them, or even in your lifetime. Here are healthy foods that almost never go bad.

So no more excuses for grabbing nothing but microwavable lasagna and frozen chicken nuggets and peanut butter pretzels at the store. They aren’t “more affordable” than the wholesome stuff. Though a great source of fatty acids and a healthy way to get your protein, tuna is a histamine-producing food. While tuna melts may be comforting, due to their cheese, gluten, and tuna, they won’t do your congestion any good.

Raspberries have just around one calorie per berry. Put one tablespoon of chia seeds on there, and you’ve only added around 130 calories. Drizzle a little honey and you have a sweet, fiber-full snack.
