MTN to Sell Fewer Shares in Empowerment Deal

MTN Group Ltd., Africa’s biggest mobile-network operator, will sell fewer shares to black investors than first announced last year, Business Day reported, citing Chief Executive Officer Phuthuma Nhleko.
