“You Take Care Of Your Man”: Keyshia Ka’oir Fell In Love With Gucci Mane After Bathing Him
We asked you last year if you would wash your husband’s feet at your wedding when a video went viral of a bride doing so for her groom. But now we’re asking you if you’re open to the idea of bathing your man just because.
We’re bringing this up because Keyshia Ka’oir (or Keyshia Watson), the very-soon-to-be wife of a one Gucci Mane told Page Six that deciding to bathe him in 2010 ended up being a turning point of sorts in their relationship. And by bathe, we mean he was in the tub alone while she cleaned him as opposed to a sharing the shower and “I’ll wash your back” type of thing.
The vulnerability of it all brought them closer, and according to the 32-year-old, it’s what made her fall in love with the Atlanta-based rapper.

“I went on tour with Gucci in 2010 — that is when it really started to get serious,” she shared with the New York Post‘s Page Six. “I fell in love with Gucci when I bathed him … I put him in a shower and just bathed him. I just did things to him and he looked at me and said, ‘Wow, no one has ever bathed me before.'”
No word on what those things she did to him were specifically, but you can probably guess.
And while some might not even consider it (or ask, “Well is he gonna bathe me next?” before considering it), Ka’oir said as a Jamaican woman (she was born there) who considers herself old-school, it just made sense.
“I am a traditional Jamaican lady, that is what you do,” she said. “You take care of your man.”
And speaking of what’s being taken care of, Ka’oir told the publication her big day, which will be shown through their wedding special The Mane Event on BET, will include 200 guests and a lot of security.
“I have a security team … and I have a dress code as well,” she said. “All the women have to wear a gown, as if you are getting married. And the men have to wear white suits. Even my camera crew has to wear white. If you don’t come dressed accordingly you have to leave, and I am so serious. If you come wearing something else then you were not invited.”
They will tie the knot and become Mr. and Mrs. Radric Davis on Oct. 10, 2107 at 10:17 a.m. According to BET, that’s the number/name of Gucci’s label, 1017 Brick Squad. The more you know…
