Everyone is into fitness these days, and that’s never a bad thing. But with a renewed interest in being in your best shape comes more opportunities for people to profit off of that. And, of course, that’s what plenty of celebrities are doing right now. From pop and reality stars to models and actresses, many famous women are jumping into the health and wellness game. Check out what they’re selling.
The mother of five launched the website Nicole Murphy Fitness and on it, she offers a four-week “Sexy body Challenge,” exercise tutorial videos, healthy eating recipes, a meal plan and HIIT workout videos for under $10 a month.
After gaining a following from her performance in Kanye West’s “Fade” video last summer, Teyana Taylor has capitalized off of that opportunity in major ways. One of those ways includes Fade2Fit, her personalized dance workout. Fade2Fit also has an apparel line.
Gucci Mane’s future Mrs., who has a popular makeup line, launched the website Ka’oir Fitness where she sells workout bodysuits, “thigh erasers,” slimming cream, 14-day meal plans, and you guessed it, waist trainers.
The Puerto Rican Princess recently joined the fitness game, launching her 28-day fitness challenge with trainers Gee Bryant and Jason Lobdell. RI28 is an interval training program with core, ab and total body exercises that don’t require equipment. It comes with a workout schedule and guide as well as instructional videos for the exercises and a clean eating meal plan.
While Mya isn’t hawking waist trainers and workouts, she’s encouraged her followers and fans on Instagram to take part in raw vegan eating challenges that she’s led. That includes a 14 and 21-day option to motivate people to not only try going vegan but to just eat and live healthier.
After blowing everyone’s mind when she revealed that she turned 50 (Where!? How?!), Elise Neal started a boot camp fitness program that she takes to different cities, including to the Caribbean. Class participants are usually pretty plentiful.
The former House Party star has made fitness her profession these days. In shape and fabulous at 54, Johnson teaches classes. On her website, The AJ Zone, she offers coaching programs for abs, legs and more, as well as detox plans to help you get fit and get right.
The new mom and former Bad Girls Club star is now something of a fitness enthusiast. She sells a whole host of workout challenges on her website, including the Mommy Makeover Challenge, the Slim Thick Challenge, the 30-Day Ab Challenge, and the 90-Day Challenge. She also sells fitness gear.
The Love and Hip Hop New York alum, who slimmed down tremendously, has a page called This Fits Me. On it, she offers “a realistic approach to fitness.” That includes natural weight-loss products, green juices, detox and “slimming juices” and teas. Her focus seems to be on getting people to eat cleaner.
Premadonna, who had a short stint on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, is the woman behind Waist Gang Society. Her “body shapers,” aka, waist trainers, have been worn by the Kardashians and have been so successful that she has been able to also start selling fitness belts, swimwear, butt lifters, workout tights, Adobo seasoning — hell, just about anything you can think of on her site.
