If you’re going to give your partner constructive criticism, remember that you’re not his editor or his boss—you’re still his best friend and partner. So couch your criticism in compliments. Lots of compliments. He should always feel that you think he’s the best at what he does!!! Your partner shouldn’t feel doubt from you.
