If you ask yourself, when has Target ever steered me wrong? That answer is likely to be never. Whether you’re shopping at the major retailer for hair products, clothing, food, or home goods, it pretty much always has everything you need –and even more things you don’t really need (goodbye budget). And that’s especially true when it comes to the brand’s collections.
For the past several years, Target has banked big with its collaborations with designers like Lily Pulitzer, Jason Wu, Nate Berkus, Mossimo, Marimekko and more. And just recently, a striking new home collection in partnership with Dwell Magazine has caught our eye.
Modern by Dwell Magazine is exactly as it sounds, a collection of modern home decor items from chair and table sets to serving ware for the man or woman who loves a contemporary dwelling. Items in the 122-piece line range from $16.99 to $399.99, undoing the misconception that modern has to mean expensive, Greg Van Bellinger, vice president of product design and development at Target, told Refinery29. With a price point like that, we had to see what pieces we’d like to get our hands on, and (no surprise here) we found several.
