San Francisco
If you’re looking to meet a nice, wealthy man, there is no better city than San Francisco. Literally. It was voted by a Gallup poll as “the best place to find a rich, single man in the United States.” Because there are so many affluent men and fewer women around.
San Francisco’s Black population is low, but right across the bay is Oakland, a Black epicenter that’s full of California culture and budget-friendly places to live.
