Any loyal viewer of the show can admit that it has been truly heartbreaking to watch her downward spiral. And while there are many sources of blame for her troubles, we wonder why Cohen did not intervene more. As overlord of this incredibly hostile, hot mess of a show, could he not have pushed for Kim to be insulated from such a negative situation? It’s not always just about ratings.
