Sometimes I look at pictures of child stars I remember from the days when they were little kids and I think–damn! He’s not so little anymore…

I used to feel a little weird about it, but once I check the Wikipedia pages of these individuals and realize that they’re over 18, all feelings and rules go out the window. And I know it’s the same for you, because I’ve often heard you all swoon about the following young men, who have grown up to be quite good looking over the years. These are some of the child stars who grew up to be hot.

Diggy Simmons

When we were first introduced to Daniel Dwayne Simmons III on the MTV reality show “Run’s House,” he was just a little boy with braces who could dance and rap, but did it for fun. Now 19, He has put out an album and three mixtapes, toured with Mindless Behavior, had a random beef with J. Cole, and worked hard to get a killer set of abs. This one has grown up quite nicely…

Tristan “Mack” Wilds

Once known for his work on “The Wire,” we watched Tristan Wilds go from quiet but protective to fierce and confident stick-up artist Michael Lee. Since the show ended, Tristan Wilds, now 25, has continued to do TV and film (loved him in The Secret Life of Bees), but has also developed into quite the singer and cutie pie.

Romeo was once Lil Romeo, a scrawny little boy who wanted to rap like his father, Master P. He surprised all of us when he became (and still holds the record as) the youngest person to hit #1 on the Billboard 200 with his hit single,”My Baby.” Now 25, Romeo has the young ladies, and the older ones, swooning with his good looks.

Zac Efron

Whoa! My, my, my…how time has passed.

As you can see, the days of “High School Musical” are far behind us. Zac Efron, now 26, has left behind the shaggy hair and the Disney Channel for a ripped body and more adult roles. Looking good, bruh!

Michael B. Jordan

Now 27, Michael B. Jordan is fine as ‘that thang’ (as I like to say) and has women on his page telling him that he’s “sooooooooooo s*xy.” But back in the day, I wouldn’t have assumed that the guy who played Wallace on “The Wire” and Reggie with the cornrows on “All My Children” would grow up to look so damn good.

Tequan Richardson

Those lips!

Best known for playing Drew on “Everybody Hates Chris,” Tequan Richmond’s character was already known for being the young guy all the girls (and grown women actually) crushed on in Chris Rock’s Bed-Stuy neighborhood. Now 21, Richardson is still acting (he was just in the indie movie Blue Caprice with Isaiah Washington) and still is the young guy all the girls and grown women crush on.

Lil Fizz

Fizzo (born Dreux Pierre Frederic) got his start in B2K when he was 16, and I don’t know about anybody else, but he was my absolute favorite member in the group. So imagine the joy I felt when I found out that he was going to be on “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood,” and that he still looked good! And Fizz, who will be 29 in November, gets bonus points for being a doting dad to his son, Kameron.

Once I tracked down J-Boog’s Instagram account, I couldn’t pass up on the chance to put him on the list, as I know quite a few of my classmates used to fiend for Boog. Jarell Damonte Houston was the guy in the group who just talked on the tracks (he was what Nokio still is to Dru Hill–just without all the songwriting and producing talent). But yet and still, he had quite a following. Now 29, I’m not 100 percent sure what he spends his time doing, but the good news is that he still is a cutie. Oh yeah, and he has three kids (though I know that won’t stop the diehard fans).

Ralph Woolfolk IV

A little thing back when “My Brother and Me” was the show to watch on Nickelodeon, Ralph Woolfolk, who played younger brother Dee Dee, was always adorable. But as a grown man, he’s quite handsome! But before you get too excited, know that Woolfolk is now happily married and a father, so you can look, but you won’t be able to touch.

Joseph Foster

The things you learn about the people you know. Joseph Foster actually works with me, and I just learned today that he was Viola Davis’ son in Doubt. How crazy is that!? Now 19, Foster has come a long way from playing an altar boy alongside Davis, Meryl Streep and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. He’s in college and focused on gaining experience behind the camera.

Bryton James

Known for playing Rachel Crawford’s son Little Richie on “Family Matters,” we grew up watching the adorable kid, and his curly mullet, grow up as the show went on. James, now 28, has held the role of Devon Hamilton on the CBS soap, The Young and the Restless, for 10 years now. He may no longer have the curly mullet or rat tail at the nape of his neck (and that’s a good thing), but he still looks pretty good!
