Where Are They Now: The Cast Of College Hill Part 2

Let me just say:  WOW!  I’ve been doing these “Where Are They Now”s for a minute, and I wasn’t expecting the reaction from the first part of  the”College Hill” article.  But when I asked:  “Tell me which ones you wanted to see for part 2 in the comment section,” you all did not fail to deliver.

So, my gift to you, is the second part, including Virginia State University cast, South Beach cast, and Atlanta cast.  Now if I included everyone that you all asked for, this article would be 19 pages and I know how you all feel about the multiple pages.  So, I’m going to focus on the most requested, and the ones that I could find the most information on.

I hope I make you all happy, let’s get it started with:

Ray Cunningham

Ray Cunningham was on the Virginia State University cast, and was a very entertaining person to watch.  As he sought his BA for Mass Communications, he was also the first openly homosexual reality star on BET.

After graduating Ray Cunningham went on to act, became a radio personality, worked behind the scenes at different production companies, and is a highly sought after blogger, social commentator, and digital correspondent.  According to his website:

[He] became an award-winning entertainment editor and blogger for NY-based men’s lifestyle print publication Bleu Magazine, made several guest appearances on “The Dr. Phil Show” alongside Hill Harper and Rev. Al Sharpton, was a featured celebrity blogger for Global Grind and even got into acting appearing on BET’s “The Game.”

In addition to his social commitments, he has also participated with BET’s Rap It Up campaign, traveling around the country speaking with at-risk youth about HIV/AIDS awareness. Recently, MissterRAY was the first male to be awarded DC’s Socialite of the Year by The Fab Empire honoring his outstanding nightlife and entertainment achievements.

Currrently, MissterRAY is the newly appointed digital correspondent for WeTV providing commentary recaps for “LA Hair” and “SWV: Reunited” this fall. For the 2014 BET Awards, he was promoted as the pre-show red carpet social overseer providing hilarious twitter commentary generating more than 50,000 retweets and was recently announced as PYNK Magazine’s new lifestyle advice columnist.

So much success, and such an entertaining person to keep up with.

Rodney Henry

Rodney was an accomplished basketball player for the Trojans, and the ladies’ man of the VSU cast.  After his season ended, he was in a relationship with season 2 “America’s Next Top Model” and “ANTM:  All Stars” contestant Camille McDonald.

He also went on to have an acting career, appearing in movies and shows like:  The Cookout, My Brother, and “Law & Order: SVU,” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.”

He has a McDonald’s franchise, continued to work and support different organizations with VSU and in the Richmond area, and is also a proud father to his son.

William Taylor Grishaw

If you’re trying to figure out which one William is, it’s not difficult.  I mean, he stands out pretty clearly, he’s the ONLY one in a green shirt!  …Thought I was gonna say something else, didn’t you?

Grish was a collegiate football player pursuing a degree, along with a rap career.  He made waves as the first White cast member on “College Hill.”

After his season, he went on to continue to pursue rap, while also moving up the corporate ladder in Minnesota, and travelling to support his favorite sports teams.

Deidra Tyrone-Davis

Deidra is the one in the pink shirt, and was seen as the cheerleader of the house.

After her season finished, she got a job as a production assistant in New York City, while also traveling.  She’s managed to stay out of trouble for the most part… unfortunately there was a grocery store situation a few days ago.

Besides that, she’s just living her life like it’s golden.

Ashley Ragland

Trimming down the list of Atlanta participants was a little difficult, but these were the three that seemed the most requested.

Ashley Ragland was a marketing major from Lithonia who tried to stay as mature as possible while getting good grades, and occasionally arguing with the “Druski.”

After “College Hill,” Ashley was (allegedly) romantically linked to Bow Wow Shad Moss, and Michael Gordon from the group “One Chance.” She also pursued a path in modeling and acting.  She appeared in  the movie ATL, and the show “1000 Ways to Die.”

Now, she is a proud mother, going to beauty school and enjoying her family life.

Dorion Standberry Renaud

Before Dorion got in front of the “College Hill” cameras, he was in front of multiple photographers’ cameras.  He was a working as a successful model who traveled internationally to do campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Target, Sears, Asics, Sean John, Nike and many others.

While attending college, he was pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, and was considered the life of the house while on “College Hill.”  Though seen as fun for most, he clashed with cast mate Drew Hunter.

After his appearance on the reality show, he continued to model, and then went into acting.  Though he had a few situations of misfortune, with a twitter hacking, nudes leaked, and an alleged fight with singer Jeremih, it never stopped him.

Dorion has always bounced back and has continued to model, sing, act, host and is an online contributor, interviewing celebrities and popular figures alike.

Drew “Druski” Hunter

In an very entertaining season, Drew seemed to be at the epicenter of all of the drama, and according to an interview with Access Atlanta, he was okay with it.  As a Mass Communications major and aspiring rapper, he agreed with his portrayal from the show:  “I’m the bad guy,” he said. “I’m all controversy, in all the fights. People just irritated me.”

Since, he’s been actively pursuing his rapping career.  He has a song on SoundCloud named “On Everythang,” and you can keep up with him on his twitter and his Instagram.

Kyle Washington

Kyle was a very polarizing figure in the house and to viewers.  Some people loved the drama that he brought and his reaction to things, while others pegged him as a bully.  No matter how you saw him, most people agree that he was highly entertaining, especially if someone ate his ribs.

After appearing on the South Beach season of “College Hill,” Kyle has started a Youtube channel where he creates humorous content, and will also discuss the harshness of life with a sense of levity.

He currently works as the Creative Director for the apparel brand 2Fit5 and the Executive for @TheeFClub.

If he hasn’t moved to Tallahassee, he is spending a lot of time there currently.  But he’s just as entertaining now as he was on the show, and he has the timeline to prove it.

Chris Cole

Chris already felt like his life was extremely entertaining, and all he needed were the reality cameras for proof.  Within a seasons of fights, yelling, and ribs, he wasn’t lying.

After his season, Chris has been extremely business minded.  The most that I could find on him are his promotional and branding work that he provides to artists.  He has a few under his belt, but he’s particularly promoting his brother DColethePrince.
