Vanessa L. Williams became the first Black woman to be crowned Miss America in 1983. Since then the New York beauty has made a career as an actress and a singer. While she’s not afraid of aging, Williams has used Botox injections here and there as part of her beauty regimen. “I use it [Botox] very sparingly,” Williams said to “People” magazine. “I want to look natural.”
