There was a bidding war over a young, baby-faced Justin Bieber. After signing with R&B singer Usher, the Canadian heartthrob’s debut album “My World” went platinum in several countries. But as he grew up in the public eye, Biebs adopted a bad boy image and it has negatively affected sales. To create a buzz for his latest project, Bieber released a new song on Monday for two months before dropping “Journals.” Despite their best promotions efforts, sales from “Journals” made it Bieber’s lowest performing album.
