Maya Rudolph Talks About Elevator Beat Down
When the public got its hands on the now infamous video of Solange physically attacking Jay Z in an elevator while her big sister Beyonce silently watched, we all knew an “SNL” parody was right around the corner. Sasheer Zemanta Changes Blue Ivy’s Diaper
Maya Rudolph isn’t the only “SNL” cast member who can play Beyonce. Following the backlash the show faced for not having a Black female regular on the show since Rudolph departed in 2007, Sasheer Zemanta was brought onto the sketch series. Although she played younger sister Solange for the season finale, the new addition to the cast has stepped into the “Crazy In Love” singer’s shoes with videos posted on her YouTube channel. Paltrow did her best renditions of songs from rappers Jay Z, Kanye West and Ryan Macklemore but she was spot on singing Beyonce’s “Halo.”
