Plan to spend time together on days off
With opposite schedules, it’s unlikely that you two will be able to hang out on a whim. With that said, it’s important that you are able to plan dates in advance. If you know your partner’s schedule, plan to spend time together on the days that he has off. No matter if it’s one day together or a weekend, planning ahead makes life, and the relationship, a lot easier.
