It feels like it’s been forever since Wanda Sykes came out doesn’t it? But before that, Sykes was married to record producer David Hall, the man behind Mary J’s “You Remind Me” and Mariah Carey’s “Dreamlover,” from 1991-1998. Ten years later, she publicly came out at a same-sex marriage rally in Las Vegas. Just a month before that she’d married her current wife Alex Niedbalskil. The couple have two children together.
